I received the “Bravo” award for my contributions as a Transformation Program Manager. In this role, I led the successful migration of critical infrastructure and applications to Azure and SkyTap Cloud, enhancing cost efficiency and enabling scalable workflows. By collaborating with the Architecture Group, I conducted in-depth assessments and established Transformation Streams with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and consistency across regions.
My key accomplishments include the successful migration of complex, business-critical applications and the automation of workload migration through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD, modernizing legacy x86 applications. Additionally, I executed a lift-and-shift migration of legacy applications without impacting users, achieving full integration of front-end applications with x86 components hosted in Azure SEA. This recognition underscores my commitment to driving transformational initiatives and creating value for organizations.
